What do you do when you have so many ideas and you have no place to put them?
Of course, it’s important to learn how to organize your writing ideas, but there are so many tools out there, what should you use?
Do you find it hard to pray in your daily life?
Prayer is so necessary for us to remain connected with God.
In the past, when the thought of praying crossed my mind, it felt like a struggle…well, I thought I struggled.
The Bible tells us to “pray without ceasing”. That is continuous and active pray. There was a time when this was part of my life.
This is the time of year when we take a step back and reflect on what we’re thankful for.
We let others know that we’re thankful for them.
Some practice a tradition of verbally telling what they are thankful for around a feast fit for royalty.
This is also the time when people hit the busy stores in search of those expensive gifts that may or may not satisfy the receiver.
I just want to give you some pointers on how to build strong characters.
I’m going to give you three ways to make strong characters that will have a lasting effect on people.
Do you feel like you lost your way? Do you feel like you need a spiritual reboot?
God is still on the throne and as long as you’re still here, it’s not too late to turn to Him.
I just want to help you with the rebooting your relationship with Him so that no matter what we face this year – or in the years to come – we know where to go in times of trouble.
Here are some things to try.
During my Christian journey I’ve heard about gifts that we receive from the Holy Spirit.
For some time, I really didn’t understand what they were. I thought I had to do the amazing things like speak in tongues and heal the sick.
I never knew that our gifts could be rooted in what we do everyday.
It’s not about perfection…
I know that thinking about grammar and spelling can be a hindrance to writing.
Let me remove that block right now.
When you are writing your first draft it will be messy. Period.
Have you done a faith check up lately?
I mean like really thought about what it means to have faith?…For some people that may be an easy question, but for some of us, it may be a little more challenging.
Our faith should be what drives our daily lives. We should be expecting to see God in every part of our day.
All the while, there was a constant nudge and feeling that God was calling me to do something else. Can you relate?
If you are asking the question: Is God calling me to be a writer? I think there is something inside that may already be pushing you toward an answer.
No, I can’t confirm your calling. Only God can do that. But I do have some questions for you.
I want to talk to you about keeping up with those ideas. I want to help you create a simple way to start collecting your ideas.
